So, here we are Ladies and Gentlemen to narrate the 3rd and last day of maze. I’m here laying on the couch with a laptop on my lap and a beer in my left hand, already missing the stony forays of the days ago through the lands of thin air and redden arses. I asked Pagha if he had by chance taken any picture of me (riding, or sitting or whatever) during those 3 dayz, but he has bigger problems now. I should start taking selfies…
“And if it rains, what will we do?” – a guest continuously repeating to his spouse the previous evening. – “Yes, but if it’ll rain?”
Anyway, we closed the loop.
Eccoci qui Signore e Signori con il 3° ed ultimo day of maze. Sono svaccato sul divano con il portatile in grembo ed una birra nella mano sinistra, e già mi mancano le incursioni pietrose dei giorni appena passati, attraverso il paese dell’aria sottile e dei culi arrossati. Ho chiesto a Pagha se per caso avesse una foto di me (pedalante, seduto o qualsiasi) durante questi 3 giorni, ma al momento ha problemi più grossi da risolvere. Dovrei cominciare a farmi dei selfie…
“E se piove, cosa facciamo?” – un ospite continuava a ripetere alla sua sposa la sera precedente. – “Sì, ma se piove?”

August 18th, 7:30am. This is waking up at an ungodly hour, for us dumb asses. Outside of the window the clouds are hooding the peaks, moving fast. “Those are humidity morning clouds. They will dissolve soon” – I assure / 18 agosto, 7:30. Questo vuol dire fare una levataccia, per noi stronzi. Fuori dalla finestra le nuvole incappucciano le cime, muovendosi veloci. “Sono nuvole da umidità mattutina. Si dissolveranno presto”. – Assicuro.

Piz Umbrail, 3033m. I am the first to reach the top. I wanted it so bad, being alone up here. I look down to our far starting point / Piz Umbrail, 3033m. Sono il primo a raggiungere la cima. Lo volevo, essere quassù solo. Guardo in basso verso il nostro punto di partenza.
